Finding the Edge
Our founder is originally from California and attended the University of New Mexico, studying business and beginning to develop the foundation for the leader and entrepreneur they are today.
What ultimately inspired our founder to start this company was something bigger than simply building a business—it was building an environment where people could recognize their own potential, take ownership of their future, and understand the impact they can have on the people around them.
That journey into leadership wasn't defined by getting everything right. In many ways, it was defined by failure. The challenges, mistakes, and setbacks along the way taught some of the most valuable lessons and shaped the way our founder leads today.
